Visiting St. Dysmas

Please know that the worship day and time has changed. Worship happens on Thursday evenings from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Visitors will need to be in the prison and ready to go in by 6:45 pm. This is just for Sioux Falls visitors.

Forms
Completed forms must be returned to the St. Dysmas office, in order to be submitted for processing three weeks prior to the visit.
Department of Corrections (DOC) Access Forms are required once per calendar year by each visitor planning to attend a prison service. If you have competed the forms in the last year, you may simply compete the Chapel Visit Request Form.
